Power Washing in Pequannock, NJ

Pequannock is where Nick LaPorta lives and where Nicky Blue Power Washing started. The township sits at the meeting of the Pompton and Ramapo rivers, and anyone who has been here through a wet spring knows what that means: humidity that lingers, low ground that stays damp, and siding that goes green on the shaded north side long before the sunny side shows anything at all.

The housing stock here is mostly post-war, capes, colonials, and split-levels built through the fifties and sixties, and much of it wears vinyl siding that has been up for decades. That siding cleans up beautifully with a proper soft wash. What it will not survive is a contractor with a turbo nozzle who drives water behind the panels. We use low pressure and the right detergent, every time.
